Given our unique, inclusive focus, the YISTT program will compliment your other training programs and certifications.
The YISTT program will be delivered virtually, meeting one weekend each month for 6 months from January to June 2021. The program will meet the following weekends on Saturdays 9-11 AM & 1-3 PM and Sundays 9-11 AM.
Students will complete self-paced learning modules each month between virtual meetings. This makes the program accessible to students, professionals, and parents. You will learn in small and whole group sessions and learn to teach to small, large, and community groups. Projects include a yoga service project and a self-care analysis and commitment.
